Leading Microsoft partners Sunrise Technologies and Edgewater Fullscope will host seven events to demonstrate the new Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. The official worldwide virtual launch of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is September 8, 2011. Sunrise and Fullscope will host five live events in Dallas, TX; Irvine, CA; Portland, OR; Charlotte, NC; and Minneapolis, MN on the launch date, plus events in Atlanta, GA on September 29 and Boston, MA on October 4.
The events are free to local manufacturers and distributors. Attendees will be among the first to see the new capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. With more than 1,000 new features and enhancements across core ERP and industry capabilities, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 will help provide more business value faster; enable agility and insight in an organization; and help drive faster adoption, broader usage and easier maintenance and upgrade through a continued emphasis on simplicity.
Each launch event will be held at the local Microsoft office in each city, and will feature Dynamics AX 2012 highlights from Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, insights from Gartner Group Analyst Nigel Montgomery, plus the opportunity to see Dynamics AX 2012 from both a high level and industry-specific perspective.
