Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette (GICW) is a nonprofit based in Portland, Oregon that provides vocational opportunities to people with disabilities and other barriers to employment across northern, western, and central Oregon and southwestern Washington. GICW operated on Microsoft Dynamics GP alongside a homegrown purchase order and expense reporting system. The organization’s technology stack, while functional, was constraining resources.
