WHAT DO CONSULTANTS DO?
- Guide our clients through a digital transformation that replaces old technology with market-leading, cutting-edge Microsoft cloud solutions to strengthen and improve their businesses for future growth
- Operate within a team of Sunrise consultants to design, test, and implement new solutions for the client
- Travel regularly and often to meet with clients, typically Monday-Thursday every other week (working remotely from home when not traveling)

HOW DO WE PREPARE YOU?
- Our two-year training program, Fast Tracks, provides real-world, hands-on guidance from executive leadership
- Mentorship during your first two years at Sunrise
- 3 months of Microsoft-certified training from industry experts, consultants, and Sunrise leaders
- Real client project experience working alongside senior consultants who will guide and train you
- Six-month check-ins with your Consulting Director and opportunity for corresponding raises
