Following the acquisition of another collision repair business, this customer engaged Sunrise to consolidate both companies onto Dynamics 365 and optimize its business processes. Although both organizations were happy with Dynamics 365 as the ERP platform, they knew a few tweaks could lead to even greater productivity:

SOLUTION

The organization deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance as the core of its financial operations, supporting multi-entity consolidation and standardized processes across the enterprise. The system was implemented on time and under budget in just five months, despite an accelerated schedule.

Electronic Reporting was used to automate bank integrations, eliminating manual file transfers and reducing processing time for high-volume transactions. A key integration was developed to facilitate transactions from the shop floor to Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and reducing manual entry. The existing BYODB solution was replaced with Azure Data Lake, improving access to real-time reporting and analytics.
