By accessing or using Sunrise Technologies Customer Portals (“Portals”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do no agree, do not use the Portals.

1. Authorized use

The Portals are intended for use by authorized customers of Sunrise Technologies. You agree to use the Portals only for lawful purposes related to your business relationship with Sunrise Technologies.

2. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account or access with others.

3. Prohibited activities

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portals or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Portals’ functionality.
  • Use the Portals to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute Portal content without permission.

4. Changes and termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate access to the Portals at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitations of liability

Sunrise Technologies shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Portals.
