A legacy brand embracing a digital future
Iconic accessories brand Vera Bradley is live on Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain. This implementation replaces Vera Bradley's legacy SAP system and was a key part of the company’s larger digital transformation initiatives.
After years of working with outdated legacy systems, Vera Bradley’s customer experience was beginning to suffer, and stakeholders embarked on a mission to modernize the company. Known internally as Project Novus, the company took on the ambitious task of making major platform changes to almost every line of business. Sunrise completed Vera Bradley’s Dynamics 365 implementation, replacing its core business application, and successfully managed several key integrations, including eCommerce, EDI, PLM, payment processing, and WMS.
Today, Vera Bradley team members have a platform to carry this beloved brand into the future, built on the security of the Microsoft cloud and essential supply chain solutions from Sunrise.
