SITUATION
Allstar Innovations sells consumer products to major retailers like Target and Walmart, while also partnering with inventors to bring new products to market. As part of its aggressive growth strategy, Allstar acquires and manages multiple brands—such as Hanes Hosiery—each with unique operational needs.
However, this fast-paced expansion put immense pressure on Allstar’s aging infrastructure. Their existing systems struggled to handle the complexity of managing diverse product lines across large-scale retail networks. The lack of a unified data platform made it difficult to maintain operational efficiency, especially as the company ventured into new verticals and product categories.
One of the biggest pain points was inventory allocation—ensuring the right product reached the right customer at the right time. SOLUTION
Allstar turned to Sunrise Technologies as a trusted partner to take over and complete a previously stalled implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the Hanes Hosiery brand. From there, Sunrise expanded the project to bring all of Allstar’s brands onto a single, scalable platform.
Leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, Sunrise implemented its Sunrise 365 Supply Chain and Retail Solution, providing Allstar with a powerful cloud-based ERP system. Key capabilities—such as automated order release and soft allocation—replaced manual workflows, helping the team manage complex inventory scenarios with ease and accuracy.
